My lifestyle may seem strange to you. It became stranger to me, to be unhappy, and think that the world is at fault, and not my lifestyle.
I used to think the world was a terrible place. So I took a good look around me, and I saw that I was stuck in the mainstream. I got out from the traps of dead living, and walked away from the herd. Led by Spirit, I changed my lifestyle and now the world is a great place to me.
I enjoy a vegan diet. I don't destroy the life in my food by cooking it. I eat live vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruits, pulses, sprouts, herbs, leaves, and flowers. I make them into crackers, crisps, cakes, pies, creams, drinks, chocolates, quiches, tortes, pates, spreads, sauces, dips, tortillas, burritos, sundaes, ice creams, breads, soups, lasagne, spaghetti, chowder. It has healed my view of life. I believe live food can save the world.
I do sacred belly dance, I sing and I practice kundalini (kriya) yoga, and rebirthing breathing every day. I paint, draw and write. This all helps to keep me positive. I want to actively love life, and the Earth as much as is humanly possible. I take love to extremes.
I have made a point of discipline to not have negative thoughts about others. About five years ago, I realised that thought is energy, and I was sending out an energetic slap every time I had a bad thought about a person. I would not tolerate this indifference to Love, any longer. So I stopped it!
I think that simple, loving things like this are the key to my happiness, spiritual growth and loving connection with the world.
