The Animals' Revenge: After the expense of raising animals, we eat them, and they kill us. Eating kills 2 out of 3 people in the Western world. Eating is the biggest cause of disease, disability and death in the West today. Human bodies can't handle animal and dairy products. A diet based on animal and dairy products is suicidal. Prehistoric man ate over 800 varieties of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grain. This is the diet we have evolved to eat. Meat, dairy and fish became affordable in the 20th century. We switched from a plant-based diet to an animal based one. Here are the facts: In the last half of the century, we doubled our meat consumption to an average of 105 kilos of meat per year. This made the biggest diet change in history, and is why a plant-based diet will enhance your health, and an animal based one will destroy your health, we aren't evolved to eat this way. The primary cause of heart disease is cholesterol. The only source of cholesterol on the planet is found in animal products. Cholesterol is deadlier than: all the wars of the twentieth centaury, all natural disasters, all car accidents, combined. Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn: "Bad diet causes 70% of medical treatment. 100% plant based diet will heal your body and put you in charge of disease. A plant based diet will prevent heart attack, stroke, obesity, hypertension, high blood pressure, adult diabetes and common cancers." Dr. Joseph Crowe was a fit nonsmoker; he had a heart attack aged just 44. He switched to a vegan diet and after a few months his cholesterol went from 156 to 89, without any medication. After 32 months, his heart disease was completely reversed. Dr.Neil Pinckney, 58, had a 100% blocked main artery, and the other two were 90% and 85% blocked. He ate a so called healthy diet of white meat and fish. He says of that: "I wasn't aware that a chicken breast has about just as much cholesterol as a T-bone steak". He was advised to have bypass surgery which he refused because he was scared to be operated on. Instead he went vegan. Within two weeks his angina pain had significantly reduced, within two months it was totally gone. Previously, he was unable to walk 200 ft without severe pain and having to sit down. After 3 months vegan he could walk 2 miles up a steep hill, and after 7 months he ran his first ever race which was eight miles long, he finished mid-pack. He lost 45 lbs, allergies went, He has more energy, feels happier and has no aches and pains any more. He had five scans which indicated that his once nearly completely blocked arteries were cleaner than a 20 year old's. He went back to the four doctors who had advised surgery, three of them were dead. The surviving one now refers his patients to Dr. Neil Pinckney for heart disease reversal advice. He concludes that nine out of ten heart bypass patients don't need surgery if they switch to a vegan diet.
